Certificate of Tax Levies – Chairman Lords reported that the enrollment in the <br />District has increased by 247 students since this same time a year ago. As a <br />result, the District qualifies for an emergency levy to help pay for the increased <br />costs of the additional students. The District has done this in the past when the <br />enrollment increased. <br /> <br />MOTION: Randy Haws made the motion that the Board authorize an Emergency <br />Levy due to an enrollment increase and that the District post and advertise <br />as required by Idaho Code 33-805. Seconded by Kip Nelson. All in favor. <br />Motion passed, <br /> <br />MOTION: Wendy Horman made the motion to accept the consent calendar as <br />amended. Seconded by Kip Nelson. All in favor. Motion passed. <br /> <br />VI. Old Business <br />1. Resolution calling for Bond Election – Chairman Lords introduced a Resolution <br />entitled:
