F. Policies for Final Consideration and place it under New Business for further discussion. <br /> <br />MOTION: Annette Winchester made the motion to accept the consent calendar as <br />amended. Seconded by Wendy Horman. All in favor. Motion passed. <br /> <br />VI. Old Business <br />1. WPCS – Miles Carroll WPCS Board Chair, requested a letter of support for transfer of WPCS <br />to the Idaho Charter Commission and also requesting an extension of March 15, 2007 application <br />renewal. <br />MOTION: Wendy Horman made the motion to direct the superintendent to draft a letter of <br />transfer for WPCS to the Idaho Charter Commission and also requesting the application <br />renewal extension of March 15, 2007. Seconded by Annette Winchester. All in favor. Motion <br />passed. <br /> <br />2. Construction Project Update – Mike Sorenson presented Capital Construction Projects with the <br />change orders from the summer now coming through. <br /> <br />VII. Public Input <br />Public Input will provide an opportunity for any Board Member, administrator, staff member, student <br />or patron to raise issues of interest. The Board will receive such input without comment, except to <br />ask germane questions of those speaking. Comments should be limited to 3 minutes. The Board will <br />take no action relative to any items during the meeting, but may direct the Superintendent to consider <br />such an item at a subsequent meeting. <br /> <br />Joe Bodily – BHS Student Council received a plaque for Outstanding Council of the year at a <br />conference this fall in Boise and considered one to the best Student Councils out of 60 schools that <br />attended. A sign above the gym wall will be placed within the next two weeks. We are now working <br />on raising money for a sound system. <br /> <br />Miles Carroll – Farm Bureau Member, informed the Board of the positive comments made by bureau
