ShewaspresentedwithatokenofappreciationandtheBoardcongratulatedher. D.BondResolution –AprilBurton Mrs.BurtonreportedthattheBoardneededtoapprovearesolutioninrelationtothebondelectionthatwasapprovedbya71%margininMarch2012.Sheasked theBoardtoapprovearesolutionauthorizingactionsrelatedtothenegotiatedsaleofgeneralobligationbonds ofJointSchoolDistrictNo.93,Bonnevilleand BinghamCounties,StateofIdaho.With EricHeringerofSeattleNorthwestSecuritiesCorp.asfinancialadvisorandNickMillerofHa wleyTroxellasBondCounsel.
