Board Chairperson Annette Winchester welcomed those present and thanked them for being inattendance.

Chairperson Winchester asked Mr. Miller, Mr. Hehngor, and Mr. Keith m discuss information regarding the proposed bond election m
be held March 11.uO14. Members o[ the Board asked questions regarding various scenarios surrounding the proposed bond election,
The process of selling bonds and using the funds were also discussed. Timelines were also discussed. Mr. Miller will work on
constructing the bond question and the amount and have it available for the Board at their work session oo January 8.2D14/or
discussion. The Board will discuss and vote on the language for the bond election question at their regularly scheduled meeting on
January15.2014
