The Executive Session will be <br />closed to the public as permitted by law. <br /> <br />She then asked for a motion to enter into executive session. <br /> <br />MOTION: Brian McBride made the motion to move into executive session for the reasons stated. Jeff Bird seconded. The roll call vote was: <br /> <br />Jeff Bird - Yes <br />Amy Landers - Yes <br />Brian McBride - Yes <br />Kip Nelson - Yes <br />Annette Winchester - Yes <br /> <br />I. Employee Issue – Shalene French <br /> <br />Dr. French stated that employee B14 has been on probation. That ended this week and the remediation team recommended non-renewal. They explained the <br />situation to the employee, reviewed the remediation, and asked for a resignation. The employee submitted a letter of resignation. Dr. French asked the Board to <br />accept that resignation. <br /> <br />II. Purchase of Real Property – Roger Hill <br /> <br />Mr. Hill discussed a land exchange proposal from Jay Taylor. The consensus of the Board was to wait until the District has a site plan so they can better determine <br />if they should agree to the proposal. The Board felt they needed more time before making a decision. <br /> <br />III. Move Back into Open Meeting <br /> <br />Chairperson Winchester asked for a motion to move back in to open session at 11:49 p.m. <br /> <br />MOTION: Amy Landers made the motion to move back into open session. Kip Nelson seconded. The vote was 5 in favor with 0 opposed and 0 abstentions <br />Motion passed. <br /> <br />IV. Motions from Executive Session <br /> <br />Chairperson Winchester asked if there would be any motions from executive session. <br /> <br />MOTION: Jeff Bird made the motion to accept the resignation of employee B14. Amy Landers seconded. The vote was 5 in favor with 0 opposed and 0 abstentions. <br />Motion passed. <br /> <br />V. Adjournment <br /> <br />Chairperson Winchester then asked for a motion to adjourn at 11:50 p.m. <br /> <br />MOTION: Brian McBride made the motion to adjourn. Jeff Bird seconded.
