I. Call to Order
Chairman Jeff Bird called the meeting to order at 2:33 p.m.

Chairman Bird recognized everyone in attendance - Superintendent Dr. Charles Shackett, Deputy

Officer Guy Wangsgard, Director of Maintenance & Operations John Pymm, Director of Safe Schools &

Chairman Bird asked fora motion to approve the:agenda.
MOTION: Amy Landers made the motion to approve the Agenda. Chad Dance seconded. The vote was 5 in
favor with 0 opposed and 0 abstentions. Motion was carried.
V. Consent Calendar
He then asked for a motion to approve the consent calendar incluing the trip requests
MOTION: Greg Calder made the motion to approve the Consent Calendar including the trip requests. Paul
Jenkins seconded. The vote was 5 in favor with 0 opposed and 0 abstentions. Motion was carried.

A. Graduation Speaking Assignments
Vice Chairman Paul Jenkins opened discussion on graduation speakers for the graduations coming up this
spring. The schedule is as follows:
Hillcrest High School May 30, 2017 Paul Jenkins
Bonneville High School May 31, 2017 Jeff Bird
Technical Careers High School/ June 1, 2017 Greg Calder
Bonneville Online High School
Lincoln High School June 2, 2017 Amy Landers
IX. Call for Agenda Items for Upcominq Meetinqs
Vice Chairman Jenkins called for any agenda items for upcoming meetings. Facility committee to present review
and to recommend elementary school vs. middle school to the Board at the regular meeting on May 10, 2017.

B. Work Session - Bonneville HS Student Council - Wednesday, April A 2017 - Bonneville HS -11:30 a.m.

Vice Chairman Jenkins asked for a motion to adjourn at 4:35 p.m.
MOTION: Greg Calder made the motion to adjourn. Chad Dance seconded. The vote was 4 in favor with 0
opposed and 0 abstentions. Motion was carried.
