THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES <br />1535 <br />Page 2 of 2 <br /> <br />Bonneville Joint School District No. 93 <br />Written Minutes <br />Approval of Minutes <br /> <br />1. Unofficial minutes shall be delivered to Board members in advance of the next <br />regularly scheduled meeting of the Board. <br /> <br />2. Minutes need not be read publicly, provided that members have had an opportunity <br />to review them before adoption. <br /> <br />3. Minutes may be approved as an item on the Consent Calendar. <br /> <br />Official Minutes <br /> <br />1. Minutes become official when approved by the Board of Trustees at a regularly <br />scheduled meeting of the Board of Trustees. <br /> <br />2. A file of official minutes of Board meetings shall be maintained in the District Office . <br /> <br />3. Minutes shall be made available during normal working hours, upon written request <br />to the Clerk of the Board, and upon payment of an amount to cover the cost of any <br />reproduction requested. <br /> <br />4.
