RESIGNATION OF A TRUSTEE
Resignation of a Trustee for whatever reason, must be submitted in writing to the Clerk of
the Board.
The Board shall accept the resignation at any duly convened regular or special meeting
and proceed to fill the vacancy as provided by statute and Board policy.
Trustees retiring from the Board may be recognized for their service to the District by
presentation of a service plaque or other appropriate activities
