Written procedures to ensure compliance with the comparability requirements will be <br />developed that include the following: <br />a. A process for demonstrating that State and local funds are provided to both Title <br />and non -Title I schools on a comparable basis. <br />b. Procedures for correcting inequities that exceed ten percent (10 %). <br />5. Records will be maintained that document that the salary schedule and policies were <br />implemented and that equivalence was achieved among schools in staffing, <br />materials, and supplies. <br />a. If student/instructional staff ratios are used for determining compliance, source <br />documentation to support the calculations and documentation to demonstrate <br />any needed adjustment to staff assignments must be kept. <br />b. These records may be examined during Title I onsite program reviews and <br />audits. <br />c.
