STUDENTS <br />3580 <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />3. On those days when the temperature is zero (0) Degrees Fahrenheit or lower, <br />students will be allowed to remain indoors during lunch and recess. <br />a. While wind -chill is considered as a factor, it is at the total discretion of the <br />Principal to determine those circumstances that might present a health hazard for <br />students. <br />b. On those occasions when it may be snowing and /or raining, the Principal/ <br />designee will use discretion in determining whether the students should remain <br />indoors. <br />Dismissal during Cold Weather <br />The District's bussing schedule attempts to have school buses at the door prior to the <br />dismissal of school. <br />Students should be expected to dress appropriately and immediately go to the <br />school transportation vehicles. <br />2.
