NON - INSTRUCTIONAL <br />8105 <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />Transportation of Students for Other Reasons <br />If in the judgment of the Board of Trustees, a student has other compelling and legally <br />sufficient reasons to receive transportation services, the Superintendent/designee shall <br />offer transportation services. <br />Transportation of Students under Open Enrollment or Dual Enrollment <br />1. Transportation is the responsibility of the parent/guardians for students who are <br />accepted for transfer under the Open Enrollment policy #3010 or for enrollment <br />under the Dual Enrollment policy #3030. <br />2.
