Regardless of any previous out -of- district training, all newly hired school bus drivers shall have sufficient training provided, illustrating proficient school bus driving skills. 4. If the applicant has gaps in excess of four (4) years of ongoing school bus driving experience, the individual shall complete the training requirements for new school bus drivers. Crises Planning and Security Training Transportation operations shall be included in the District's crises planning and related training shall be provided to school bus drivers. 2. School bus drivers shall remain vigilant and report suspicious behavior or conditions which could become harmful to students or be indicative of impending acts of terror. 3. School bus drivers shall be provided training in School Bus Watch Program.
