Executive Session of the Board of Trustees
February 20, 2016, 3:30 p.m,

I. Call to Order
Chairman Brian McBride called the meeting to order at 3:35 p.m.
II. The Board will enter into Executive Session pursuant to Idaho Code Section 74-206(1)(b)To consider the
evaluation, dismissal or disciplining of, or to hear complaints or charges brought against, a public officer,
employee, staff member or individual agent, or public school student. The Executive Session will be closed to the
public as permitted by law.
MOTION: Amy Landers made the motion to enter into executive session for the reason stated. Jeff Bird
seconded. The roll call vote was 5 in favor with 0 opposed and 0 abstentions. Motion was carried.

IV. Superintendent Evaluation - Chairman Brian McBride
Chairperson McBride discussed the Superintendent's Evaluation with the Board Members by going over each
section of the evaluation and asking for comments and concerns from each of the members present. They then
discussed what was important to bring up during the evaluation meeting,
V. Move Back Into Open Meetina
Chairman Brian McBride asked for a motion to move back into Open Meeting.
MOTION: Jeff Bird made the motion to move back into open session, Amy Landers seconded. The vote was 5 in
favor with 0 opposed and 0 abstentions. Motion was carried/not carried.
VI. Motions from Executive Session
Chairman McBride stated there were no motions to be made from this Executive Session.
VII. Adiournment
Chairman Brian McBride asked for a motion to adjourn at 5:48 p.m.
MOTION: Jeff Bird made the motion to adjourn. Amy Landers seconded. The vote was 5 in favor with 0
opposed and 0 abstentions, Motion was carried.
