Chairman Lords called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m.

Those Board members in attendance were Chairman Craig Lords, Vice-chairman Annette Winchester, Treasurer Kip Nelson,
and Trustee DeVere Hunt. Wendy Forman was excused. Others in attendance were Superintendent Chuck Shackett, Deputy
Superintendent Marjean McConnell, Human Resources Director Shalene French, Chief Fin ancial/Operations Officer April
Burton, and Board Clerk Valerie Messick.

Dr. French reported that we discussed a need for Reduction in Force at Lincoln High School at the last executive session. One
teacher has resigned but we still need to reduce two FTE at Lincoln. She requested that the Board approve a Reduction in
Force ot Lincoln High School resulting from a decrease in student enrollment.
Chairman Lords asked if there were any questions and then asked for a motion regarding the request for a Reduction in Force
as presented.
MOTION: Kip Nelson made the motion bz approve a Reduction in Force ut Lincoln High School aaa result ofdednkg
enrollment. Annette Winchester seconded. The vote was 4 in favor with 0 opposed and 0 abstentions. Motion passed,

Chairman Lords asked if there would be a motion to adjourn at 5:15 p.m.
MOTION: DeVam Hunt made the motion h adjourn. Kip Nelson seconded, The vote was 4in favor with O opposed and 8
abstentions, Motion passed.
