Roll Call <br />Board Members present were Chairman Craig Lords, Vice Chairman, Annette Winchester, <br />Treasurer, Randy Haws, Kip Nelson, and Wendy Horman. Also present, Superintendent Dr. <br />Chuck Shackett and Jamie Smith, Board Clerk. <br /> <br />III. Prayer <br />Ken Marlowe <br /> <br />IV. Welcoming of Delegates and Visitors <br />Chairman Lords announced that tonight is not a public meeting for Taylor’s Crossing Public Charter <br />School. The Board has not received a formal petition from TCPCS and until then can not hold a <br />public meeting. Chairman Lords also announced that the media, newspaper and flyer notification was <br />not done by the District Office or School Board.
