Bonneville Joint School District No. 93
NEW BOARD MEMBER ORIENTATION
The Bonneville Joint School District No. 93 Board and District staff shall offer each new
Board member materials and professional development concerning the Board member’s
role and District personnel and services.
Guidelines
1. The Clerk of the Board shall give the new member:
a. Selected material on the role and responsibilities of the Board.
b. A copy of the Board’s policy manual.
2. The Superintendent shall invite the new member to meet with him/her and other
administrative personnel to discuss services they perform for the Board.
3. The Board will invite the new member to meet with individual Board members or the
entire Board to provide training and answer questions.
