MOTION AND ORDER TO AMEND AGENDA
Amy Landers, Board Member MOVES THAT THE BOARD PURSUANT TO IDAHO
CODE §67-2343 AMEND THE AGENDA FOR THIS MEETING AS FOLLOWS:
Add Bond Resolution under New Business
Since the Bond failed last night, there is an urgency to act on a resolution before the
March 30th deadline for submitting wording to the County Clerks for the ballot
question wording for the May 19th election pursuant to Idaho Code § 34-106.
Second: Kip Nelson
Vote: 4 in favor 1 abstention
